The Financial Commission (FinCom), an external dispute resolution (EDR) forum serving the financial services industry, has recently announced the appointment of Aytugan Khafizov, Founder and CEO of FastMT, to its Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC).

New Member to Dispute Resolution Team

Khafizov's appointment marks the addition of the 37th industry expert to the FinCom's DRC since its establishment in 2013. The DRC comprises a diverse panel of industry professionals committed to a non-biased protocol for processing and resolving complaints from members' clients.

Commenting on the appointment, FinCom Chief Operating Officer, Nikolai Isayev, expressed enthusiasm, stating: "We are thrilled to have Khafizov join our dispute resolution committee. His deep expertise in financial trading systems and his commitment to improving trading technologies will significantly strengthen our efforts in providing fair and efficient resolutions for our members' clients."

Earlier, Sam Low, CEO of LiquidityFinder, joined the Dispute Resolution Committee as its 34th industry expert since inception in 2013, as reported by Finance Magnates. With almost three decades of experience, Low led prominent roles at Finalto, Bloomberg LP, and First Derivatives before founding LiquidityFinder in 2018.

Low's career spans from Bloomberg LP in 1997 to pivotal positions at Integral Development Corporation and First Derivatives Technologies. Low's expertise extends to SuperDerivatives Inc, where he handled new business sales. LiquidityFinder, under his leadership, has facilitated OTC global market connections for over five years, serving a diverse clientele including professional traders, asset managers, and retail brokers.

A Seasoned Financial Expert

Khafizov brings over two decades of experience in the financial trading industry to his role. He founded FastMT, a firm dedicated to assisting brokers in maintaining and enhancing their trading systems.

Khafizov's career in the financial markets began in 1999 as an IT Manager for Alpari. He subsequently rose to the position of Global CTO, contributing to the establishment of operations in the UK, US, and Cyprus. Prior to founding FastMT, Khafizov served as the Chief Information Officer at MetaQuotes, a leading developer of trading platforms.
