FXCubic Organizing Mini-Football Team Tournament in Limassol

With the upcoming UEFA European Football Championship beginning this week, everyone has got football fever. This includes the industry's most recognizable brands, brokers, and technology providers in Cyprus, with fintech specialist FXCubic organizing a mini football tournament. The tournament will be held at Wembley Mini Football, Ypsonas, Limassol on Friday, 14 June from 17:00 – 22:30!

Does your favorite company have what it takes to compete for exclusive trophies and medals this June? Join FXCubic and the retail industry’s top brands for an on-site DJ, finger food, and drinks to help unwind. The Mini Football tournament will include up to a maximum of 7 players per team, with up to 16 teams, split into four groups. All teams should arrive by 16:30 for briefing, t-shirt pickup, and photos.

The top 2 teams from each group move to the quarterfinals, followed by semi-finals and finals. Losing semi-finalists will play in a third-place playoff. The draw has been completed, and the groups are now available:

Mini Football Tournament Rules

The most important element of the Mini Football tournament is Fair Play. While all participants are expected to join with a competitive spirit, the priority is to avoid injuries and any altercations. Referees will be strict, issuing yellow and red cards for severe contacts between players.

If two or more teams end up with the same points in the points table, teams will be sorted based on:

· Points in head-to-head matches among tied teams.

· Goal difference in head-to-head matches among tied teams.

· Goals scored in head-to-head matches among tied teams.

· Goal difference in all group matches.

· Goals scored in all group matches.

If required, a penalty shoot-out between the teams will take place (3 penalties each). Please note that we will have professional referees and that general mini-football rules apply.
