B2Broker, one of the world's largest providers of trading technology and liquidity solutions for Forex brokers, crypto exchanges, and other financial institutions, has just released a massive update to B2Core. As part of the update, clients will now have access to additional features, flexibility, and security, as well as the following enhancements:
- Notifications for admins and users in a new section
- Enhanced Synchronization of B2Core and B2Trader
- Updates to the Client Tests
- Level verification increase option via a Client Test
- Two new providers of KYC services
- Google Pay deposits method
- Upgrade to the cTrader integration: the addition of netting and hedging capabilities
Admin Notifications
The team has expanded the admin notifications area by including Event Notifications. This new function will make it easier for admins and users to be informed about various back-office system events and respond more promptly and effectively to any changes or problems.
It will also allow admin to set up individual alerts for things like the completion of Client Tests and withdrawal requests. To provide reports via Slack, the team has also included a bot.
Enhanced Synchronization of B2Core and B2Trader
On the B2Trader side, clients are no longer required to create assets. In the B2Core back-office, administrators may now generate necessary currencies and add them to Products. After that, B2Trader will generate the assets automatically, saving consumers time and effort and enhancing their entire experience.
Updates to the Client Tests
New types of questions have been introduced to the Client Tests, including open questions and questionnaires. An open question allows users to type an answer without restriction and questionnaires allow clients to gather important information from their users quickly and easily.
Level Verification Increase Option Via a Client Test
A new option in the back-office allows admins to require end-users to pass a Client Test before they can log in. As soon as the account has been activated, users will need to upload KYC documents as well as complete a Client Test to move to the next level of verification.
New Providers of KYC Services
Sapuma and IDWise are two new KYC providers that the team has integrated. In addition, B2Core clients will be able to collect new user information more quickly and easily while complying with all regulatory requirements thanks to the expanded user verification capabilities. Also, Sapuma and IDWise offer high levels of security, which safeguards all personal information.
Google Pay Deposits Method
B2Core now accepts deposits made through Google Pay. As a result of the addition of the popular payment service, the team was able to simplify the deposit process and improve the user experience. The Google Pay deposit feature requires integration of specific payment providers into a client's ecosystem, either independently or with B2Core’s assistance.
Upgrade to the cTrader Integration
A new feature has been added to the B2Core integration with cTrader in order to allow the user to select the account type of the account. In the back-office settings, the admin user can enable it to give users the option of choosing between two types of accounts: Netting and Hedging.
For a netting type of instrument, only one position may be opened in any direction at any given time. In contrast, for a hedge type, multiple positions in different directions may be opened at any given time.
Further, the admin user can limit the available options to only one type of account, enabling it to be the same for all traders on the platform.
Conclusion
Throughout the years, B2Broker has continually improved the quality of its products and services to ensure that the experience of its clients is the best that it can be.
