According to an announcement by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC ), the license of the company behind binary options brokerage EZTrader, WGM Services Ltd., has been restored. The regulator made the decision during its meeting on December 22nd, 2014, highlighting that the company is now in full compliance with the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) regulations. Previously, CySEC stated that the company had violated a number of rules including safety of client funds and capital adequacy requirements, while having large exposures. After the due diligence process conducted by EZTrader, the concerns of the regulator have been fully addressed. The company has recently released its new mobile app for Android devices, with the expectations for an iOS addition to be available in the near future.
