Bit2c – Turning Your Shekels into Bitcoins and Litecoins

Founded in February 2013 by Eli Bejerano and Haddar Macdasi, Bit2c.co.il is Israel’s first online crypto currency Trading Platform . It is the largest Hebrew speaking platform of its kind in the world and can be used in Russian and English, as well. The platform provides trading of both Bitcoins and Litecoins and is one of the few venues providing Israeli Shekel demoninated trading of digital currencies. Due to transaction restrictions placed by Israeli banks on many users of foreign based Bitcoin exchanges, Bit2c has been able to carve out a strong nice in the local market as it provides deposits and withdrawals via bank transfers of Israel to Israel accounts.

Bit2c is protected and certified by Norton Secured and its servers are encrypted with SSL technology. Two factor authentication by Google is also available for additional account security. According to the company there are over 1000 active merchants. In addition to trading, Bit2c also offers users chat, prices charts, news, and wallet services.

Among new initiatives, Bit2c has begun to expand to international markets with the launch of white label licenses and cooperation agreements. In 2014, it was announced that Bitcoin Vietnam (VBTC), the country’s first local Bitcoin trading platform was launching using technology licensed from Bit2c.
