Circle has big plans and is looking for the world's top talent to make them happen as it expands internationally.

The Bitcoin wallet and payment services provider is coming off a major $50 million funding round, announcing intentions to add new features and expand internationally, with a focus on China. In a blog post, the startup emphatically states that it is "building the future of money", and will one day allow anyone to send it instantly, securely, and at no cost. With the investment, it is looking to heavily invest in new, top talent, offering a glimpse into some of its perks:

"With flexible hours, unlimited paid time off, catered lunches and breakfasts, happy hours, and unlimited snacks, Circle offers some pretty awesome perks for employees beyond the standard equity packages, medical and dental insurance, 401K, mobile phone benefits, and commuter programs. Circle is also committed to furthering the education and development of our team through conferences, workshops, and related programs."

The company has emphasized that it is hiring for a new London-based office, which will join existing branches in Boston, San Francisco and Dublin. It is looking to become part of the Fintech scene in one of the world's leading financial centers.

The startup, after 21 Inc and Coinbase, is currently one of the top funded ventures in the industry, having secured a total of $76 million to date. Names like Goldman Sachs and China's IDG Capital Partners are now among its backers.

The company's strategy appears to be one where it first invests heavily in laying the groundwork and building out the envisaged ecosystem, but it remains to be seen how exactly it plans on generating a return on investment.
