YGGDRASH, a South Korean technology company that - in true sci-fi style - calls itself a “trust-based multi-dimensional Blockchain platform,” announced that on Friday that it has launched a cryptocurrency exchange and incubation center.
The company is going to launch its new incubation center at an event called ‘YEED-UP’ on the 23rd of November. YEED-UP will be held at the Shin-nonhyeon Culturelab Lounge in Seoul, South Korea’s capital.
More than 100 blockchain technology companies will be attending YEED-UP according to a statement released by YGGDRASH on Friday. The company says that it “will prepare various channels of communication” for the event.
YGGDRASH to Lead Event
YGGDRASH CEO David Seo will kick off the event. According to a statement released by the company, Seo will be discussing the incubator and the new cryptocurrency Exchange , which the firm is calling DEXRADE.
It is unclear exactly what DEXRADE will do, but the YGGDRASH’s statement indicates that it will be a revenue sharing exchange. The firm says that users of the exchange will benefit from any company that joins it.
The company’s incubation center looks to be designed to attract firms that will one-day list on the DEXRADE exchange. Whether YGGDRASH has any preference or interest in certain strata of blockchain technology companies is unclear.
