Blackcoin finally gets a break after 2-week slump, jumps 17% to above 0.1 mBTC

After nearly two weeks of languishing not far from the key 0.08 BTC level, Blackcoin (BC) is showing signs of life.

It was up by over 17% earlier today, hitting a high of 1.07 mBTC before settling around 0.1 mBTC ($0.048) during the past 4 hours.

The jump is its biggest since a brief spike on August 29 and at least temporarily, delays the likelihood of it breaking the support level and setting new lows.

BC-BTC, Sept 10

Volume has been noticeably higher. Nearly $200,000 worth has crossed hands during the past 24h, one of the highest totals among Altcoins .

It is still way off (nearly 90%) its April highs, when it climbed to 0.9 mBTC.

The coin has climbed back to 16th in market cap rank, now worth $3.7 million.
