The Admirals Group has confirmed the changes in its leadership. Sergei Bogatenkov, the Chairman of the Board of Management, and Andreas Ioannou, a member of the Board, have tendered their resignations. Their departure dates are February 29 and February 25, 2024, respectively.

Alexander Tsikhilov will assume the role of the Chairman of the Board of Management, effective March 1, 2024. Tsikhilov brings a wealth of experience to the position, holding multiple board memberships across various organizations, including the Order of Malta Foundation in Estonia and DVF Group OÜ, according to a statement by the company published on GlobeNewswire.

New Supervisory Board Members

Following a decision from a general meeting of the shareholders, Olga Senjuškina and Eduard Kelvet joined the Supervisory Board, effective February 5, 2024. Senjuškina has a wealth of financial experience, having worked at Admirals since 2014. Kelvet brings professional expertise in compliance and administration from her time at Citadele Banka and AS TBB Bank.

According to the company, the Supervisory Board will transition from February 5 to February 29, 2024, with the final changes effective March 1, 2024. Anatolii Mikhalchenko, Dmitri Lauš, Priit Rohumaa, Eduard Kelvet, and Olga Senjuškina will form the board from March 1 onwards.

Recently, Admirals Group underwent significant changes in its Board structure, with Anton Tikhomirov transitioning from the supervisory to the Board of Management, effective January 4, 2024. Additionally, Daniel Skowronski, the Chief Revenue Officer, was recalled from his position on the Board of Management.

Furthmore, Skowronski joined Admirals in 2023 after leading sales development for SquaredFinancial's digital asset division. Before that, he served as the CEO for OANDA's Europe, Middle East, and Africa operations and Alpari's UK operations. Skowronski's career spans various institutions, including State Street, Key Corporate Bank, Bank of America, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, and Credit Suisse.
