France’s AMF Names Marie-Anne Barbat-Layan as New Chair

The French financial market regulator, locally known as Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), announced the appointment of Marie-Anne Barbat-Layani as the new Chair. She received the French President’s decree on October 26.

Barbat-Layani replaced Jean-Claude Hassan, who was holding the role in an interim capacity after Robert Ophèle stepped down at the end of July.

Barbat-Layani is a seasoned administrator, having served twenty years as a senior civil servant. She had spent the rest of her career working for several other governmental departments.

TickTrade’s James Cusack Joins Lucera as MD and Head of Sales for EMEA

James Cusack has joined Lucera Financial Infrastructures as the MD and Head of Sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Cusack departed TickTrade Systems after over two and a half years. He joined the firm in February 2020.

The senior executive, who has over a decade of experience in the financial industry, announced his new appointment on Wednesday.

Integral Hires Judy Goh as MD and APAC Sales Head

Integral Development Corp. has hired Judy Goh as a Managing Director and the Head of Sales for Asia Pacific. She has already joined the company and is based in Singapore.

Integral is a forex trading technology company that was established in 1993. It primarily provides cloud-based SaaS FX workflow solutions and targets a broad range of buy-side forex market participants, including banks, brokers, asset managers and hedge funds.

Dylan Holman Departs eToro for McLaren Racing

Dylan Holman has departed eToro to become the Head of Primary Partner at the British racing team, McLaren Racing.

Announced on his LinkedIn page over the weekend, Holman exits the position of Head of Global Sponsorships with the Israeli social trading and multi-asset broker after more than six years of service.

Horizon Software Promotes Francois-Xavier Detourniere to Product Head

Horizon Software has promoted Francois-Xavier Detourniere to the position of Head of Product Management.

The technology provider announced the promotion of Detourniere in a statement released on Friday.

However, Detourniere’s LinkedIn career history shows that he resumed the role four months ago.

IOSCO Appoints Belgium FMSA’s Jean-Paul Servais as Chair

The International Organization of Securities Commissions has appointed Jean-Paul Servais, the Chairman of the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority, as its new Chair.

Servais was appointed at the Annual Meeting of IOSCO held in Marrakech, Morocco, which the global standard setter for securities regulation announced on Friday.
