According to an update published via LinkedIn, the departure reasons are reportedly tied to the current geopolitical situation.

“Today was my last day working with Alfa Capital Markets! It is very sad to see such an excellent and well-run company be decimated by the current geopolitical situation. I have made friends who will be in my heart forever. One door closes and another one opens! Watch this space!” he commented.
