NKB Solutions, a forex (FX) and fintech infrastructure provider, has appointed a long-time industry veteran Angelos Christofi as its new Sales Director. Christofi joins from Conotoxia, where he served as the Head of Sales and Business Development for the last six months.
Conotoxia's Head of Sales Moves to NKB Solutions
According to his LinkedIn profile, Christofi's professional career in the FX and contracts for difference (CFDs) industry began in 2011 in FX Global Market (FXGM), where he managed a small sales team. In 2013, he moved to IronFX as an Account Manager for a short period of time and, in the same year, joined Xtrade Group as the Head of Retention, where he spent almost four years.
In 2018, he was onboarded by AAATrade as the Head of Sales for only three months and moved to BDSwiss. The Zurich-based brokerage appointed Christofi as the Global Head of Conversion and quickly promoted him to the position of Chief Sales Officer.
In September 2022, Conotoxia announced that Christofi became its Head of Sales and Business Development. However, as with several previous positions, he did not stay with the company for long. He joined the NKB Solutions team in February as the new Sales Director.
NKB Solutions was founded in 2021 in Cyprus and provides support for brokerage startups offering help with obtaining FX broker licenses, dealing, back office and marketing support.
Finance Magnates reached Christofi for comment. However, the response was not received at the time of the article's publication.

Brokers Hire New Sales Execs
The retail FX and CFD trading arm of the Poland-based payment and forex exchange provider announced last month that it had appointed Ireneusz Pukin as the new Director of the national branch.
Other brokers are also actively changing their top managers, especially in sales departments. Last week Vantage, a Sydney-headquartered multi-asset broker, signed the former Sales Director at Forex.com, Jack Kelly, as the new Australian Head of Sales. In the meantime, Lirunex, a multi-regulated forex broker, hired Waleed Salah, the former Head of Sales for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) at AssetsFX, as its new Head of Sales for the MENA region.
Additionally, TopFX, a Cyprus-based retail and institutional brokerage firm, has onboarded Roula Pelehrinis as the new Director of Institutional Sales. Pelehrinis brings over 15 years of industry experience, working previously with popular CFDs and FX brands.
