Natale Mastoroudes, the Chief People Officer at BDSwiss, is leaving her Cyprus-based role at the forex and CFDs broker, the senior executive announced on Friday. Mastoroudes’s exit comes after over a year on the job. She noted that she will announce her new role soon.
Who Is the BDSwiss HR Lead?
Mastoroudes joined the broker as Head of HR in January 2022. She was promoted to Chief People Officer later in June. The senior executive boasts over 15 years of human resource and talent experience in the financial industry and has worked with companies, such as FXPPRIMUS and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Cyprus.
She served at FXPRIMUS for over 18 months between June 2020 and December 2021 as the Head of HR. In addition, the role was based in Cyprus. Before that, she was the HR Manager at Q8 Trade, a forex and CFD trading platform provider. She held the position at the company between July 2019 and June 2020.
Between January 2012 and June 2019, Mastoroudes worked at Amdocs in various roles, climbing to become the Europe, Middle East and Africa Talent Acquisition Project Manager in March 2017. At PwC Cyprus, she served as a Senior Associate of People and Change.
Top Staff Leaves Admirals Australia
Meanwhile, on Friday, Thomas Pantazis, the Head of Country Partnership at Admirals Australia, announced that he was exiting his role from the forex and CFD broker. Pantazis joined the Australian subsidiary as an Account Manager in February 2021 and became the Head of Country Partnerships in January last year.
There have been a few other executive moves at BDSwiss in recent months. Marc Suárez, one of the broker’s marketing executives, was elevated last month to Marketing Manager for Latin America. Suárez, who joined the brokerage firm in December 2021, brings over a decade of marketing, sales and accounting experience to the role.
Moreover, BDSwiss recently hired HF Markets’ Andreas Andreou as its new Chief Commercial Officer in Cyprus. Andreaou brings over two decades of industry experience to the role. Previously, he worked for Cyprus-based brokerage firms, such as IronFX and FXGM.
Furthermore, Admirals recently named Juan Moriano as its Chief Executive Officer for Spain. Moriano, who brings a mix of academic and financial industry experience to the new role, was previously the broker’s Spain Country Manager.
