His journey in the financial sector includes roles at NEST Financial Group, where he served as the Head of Operations, demonstrating proficiency in market penetration and exceeding quotas. Additionally, he held positions at GetLoci and various other organizations.
Earlier, OTCXN, a provider of blockchain-powered capital markets infrastructure, re-branded as Bosonic, as reported by Finance Magnates. Drawing inspiration from quantum physics, where a "boson" serves as the force holding matter together at the atomic level, Bosonic aims to be the link between blockchain protocols and transactional applications.
Founded by FX and electronic trading expert Rosario Ingargiola in 2015, Bosonic focuses on eliminating risks in crypto markets to foster growth.

Diedrichs's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Economics from Lehigh University, where he was an active member of the football team. He furthered his education by completing an Executive Program in Blockchain Technologies and Business Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
