Laoura Salveta, a well-known marketing executive in the forex and contracts for differences (CFDs) space, has joined the crypto-focused media outlet Cointelegraph as a Marketing Advisor. Finance Magnates learned about her new role at the ongoing Finance Magnates London Summit (FMLS:23).

Salveta is also going to participate in a panel discussion at FMLS:23 to share her insights on how brokers should market in this day and age.

Speaking to Finance Magnates, Salveta divulged that she is working on "an exciting new project," which will be unveiled in the future. Interestingly, she further added Cointelegraph's signature illustrated profile images to her LinkedIn profile.

Salveta is one of the many attendees at the ongoing FMLS:23. Other than networking and initiating and closing business deals, many new industry executives publicly announce their new roles at the event.

A Marketing Expert

Salveta joined Cointelegraph after spending nine months at Red Acre, which controls the prop trading platform FundedPro, as the Chief Marketing Officer. According to her LinkedIn profile, she left that company last August.

Before Red Acre, she spent six months at BridgerPay as the Head of Marketing. On top of that, she made a name in the FX and CFDs industry as the CMO and Director of Marketing at 120ADVERTISING, a Cyprus-based boutique marketing agency working with financial services companies, where she spent more than five years.

Her other prominent roles include as the CMO at FXPRIMUS, an FX and CFDs broker, where she worked between April 2015 and November 2016. She entered the financial services industry in late 2011 with her role as Marketing Communications Manager at Easy Forex. Later, she joined MPF Global Markets as the Global Market Manager.

She started her career in 2022 and worked in marketing for years before moving into the financial services industry.
