Muinmos, a regtech company in the financial services space, has strengthened its team by adding Anders Kirketerp-Møller to its board. His focus will be on growth strategy and advising the leadership team, including the board.

A Strategic Appointment

The company is expected to benefit from his experience advising owners and boards on matters relating to corporate structures, venture investments, expansion of activities and businesses, strategy, and branding.

“Anders will also help us to professionalise our board further, which will be highly valuable to me as founder and CEO, to our current board and to future board members, enabling us to achieve our envisioned growth,” said Remonda Kirketerp-Møller, Founder & CEO at Muinmos.

An Expert Corporate Governance Adviser

Anders Kirketerp-Møller joined Muinmos’ board from LEGO, the popular Danish construction toy company, where he spent almost seven years driving the board and chair activities. There, he advised the owner family on governance matters.

Before LEGO, he led the operational transformation of VELUX Foundations, one of Denmark’s largest industrial foundations, and also served as Director in VKR Holding, the holding company of VELUX.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he also spent five and a half years at Danish Industries (DI), a private business and employers' organisation representing more than 20,000 companies in Denmark. He joined the organisation as a trainee and left as the Executive Advisor to the CEO and the Chairman.

“Anders brings highly relevant experience in driving the business forward with an owner’s mindset,” the CEO of Muinmos added. “Having worked with renowned business leaders and world-leading brands, he brings expertise from all areas of corporate leadership.”

“This will be critical to Muinmos’ future growth, which will be both organic and non-organic, including through partnerships.”

Meanwhile, Muinmos has been continuing to expand its business partnerships. Recently, it partnered with Blade Labs to set new compliance standards in the Web3 space. It also joined hands with FX Back Office to strengthen offerings to brokerage firms.
