The trading industry saw a number of executive moves on Monday as new leaders take up roles at FP Markets and Invast Global while Exness and CGS-CIMB saw departmental seniors leave. At the same time that Kim Reilly was promoted to Head of Quality Assurance and Customer Journeys at FP Markets, Anthia Christodoulou joined Invast Global as the Head of Compliance.

However, Stanislav Bublik and Ben Robson left their roles as Head of Trading Products at Exness and Head of Institutional FX for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at CGS-CIMB Securities, respectively. The executives announced their moves on Monday through LinkedIn.

Executives Make Career Moves

Reilly, who has been the Head of Special Projects at the online FX/CFDs brokerage, FP Markets since October 2021, was promoted after nearly two years in the former role. She joined FP Markets in October 2021 as the Head of Partnerships. Previously, the executive worked for IC Markets and FxPro Group and brings over a decade of forex industry client relationship management experience to the role.

Furthermore, Christodoulou joins Invast Global, a Sydney-headquartered multi-asset prime brokerage, in a Cyprus-based role. Earlier, she worked as Head of Legal and Compliance at a talent firm, GT Group and spent over six years at the online trading firm, JFD Brokers, in the same capacity.

In contrast, Bublik left the FX/CFDs broker, Exness after over two years in his Cyprus-based role. The former Head of Trading Products at Exness noted that he was looking “to explore new opportunities and take some time for personal projects.”

Before Exness, Bublik in a career spanning over 15 years to date worked for Sberbank, Russia’s largest bank by asset, for over seven years. In addition, he served a short stint at Societe Generale as an intern and sales and marketing assistant.

Robson left CGS-CIMB Securities after over a year and a half of leading the FX/CFDs brokerage’s institutional forex activities for EMEA. Now, he is joining Swiss Finance Corporation as Head of Institutional e-FX and brings about 17 years of industry experience with him.

Robson joined CGS-CIMB in August 2021 from Maybank Kim Eng, a top investment bank and securities company in Asia where he was Head of Leverage FX (London). He has been fulfilling the role of CEO of Spectrex Commodities in Monaco since June 2015.
