iSAM Securities on Hiring Spree
Recently, the company has been actively bolstering its executive ranks as part of a strategic initiative to drive global expansion. Since the start of the year, it has announced three significant C-level appointments, underscoring its commitment to strengthening its presence across key markets.
In late February, iSAM Securities fortified its workforce in the Middle East and North African region by welcoming Aaron Brown as the new Sales Director. According to the official announcement, Brown's role will be instrumental in "supporting the brand's efforts to increase its global footprint moving forward."
Earlier in January, the company elevated two of its seasoned executives to pivotal leadership positions. Previously the Global Head of Sales, Samuel Johnson was promoted to the role of Managing Director. At the same time, Ryan Poole, who had served as the Head of Quantitative Trading for five years, assumed the role of Chief Investment Officer.
These recent appointments follow a rebranding initiative the firm undertook a year ago. Formerly known as ISAM Capital Markets, the company now operates under the unified iSAM Securities brand, encompassing four distinct business units.
