Riana Chaili has been promoted from Managing Director of Cyprus of Invast Global to Chief Executive Officer, of EMEA. Chaili participated in the iFX EXPO that took place in Dubai earlier this year.

Chaili said that at the beginning of COVID-19 the team consisted of 33 employees. Since then the number has doubled, and the team are working in a new office based on a hybrid work model.

In addition, she said that it is essential to allow team members to propose novel ideas and provide them with decision-making authority. She added that receiving feedback from the team is also important to support growth.

Chaili also mentioned that the clients are becoming more sophisticated in their trading strategies. Rather than focusing solely on spreads, clients are comparing slippage and latency. Chaili is expecting this trend to continue in 2022.
