Karim Malas Leaves Amana to Join CFI Dubai as Global Operations Head

Credit Financier Invest, better known as CFI, has onboarded Karim Malas as the Global Head of Operations, who joined the company earlier this month and is based in Dubai.

As seen on his Linkedin profile, he brings over ten years of industry experience to his new role. He worked with multiple other brokerage brands before.

He joined CFI from Amana Capital, where he spent almost nine years of his career. There, he joined the broker’s Beirut office in February 2014 as a Customer Service Manager and was later promoted to Director of Operations.

He started working in the trading industry in April 2010 at Beirut-based AM Financials as a Customer Service Manager. Later, he joined Accurate Investment Brokers in the same role before moving to Amana.

“After eight great years, Friday, September 16, marked my last day at Amana,” Malas wrote in a Linkedin post. “While I am sad to close the door on this career chapter, I'm thrilled to announce that I joined the leading online broker CFI Dubai as their Global Head of Operations.”

“I am so excited and looking forward to diving into this new journey headfirst, ready to learn and grow.”

A Multi-Regulated Broker

CFI is a multi-regulated broker offering trading services with forex and contracts for differences (CFDs) instruments. It is licensed in the United Kingdom, Dubai, Cyprus, Jordan, Lebanon, Mauritius, Vanuatu and Seychelles.

The broker has been expanding its offering aggressively over the past year and added thousands of new trading instruments that range from CFDs of stocks to cryptocurrencies .

Recently, CFI’s Group COO, Demetrios Zamboglou left to join Doto, a trading and investment solutions provider, as the Group Chief Executive Officer. But, the company added Loukia Christoforou as the Head of Project Management in June and named Stelios Thrasyvoulou as the Chief Technology Officer.
