Laoura Salveta, BridgerPay’s former Head of Marketing, has joined the payment and compliance solutions provider, Red Acre as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Salveta left BridgerPay in October after six months, having joined the payment operations platform provider in May.
BridgerPay Veteran Laoura Salveta Joins Red Acre
The executive, who boasts of more than 20 years of marketing experience, announced her new role at Red Acre on Thursday. So far in her career, she has worked for a number of financial firms including Cyprus-based online broker, FXPRIMUS.
Before BridgerPay, Salveta worked for over five years as the CMO and Director at 120ADVERTISING.COM, a boutique marketing agency. Between April 2015 and November 2016, she served as the CMO at FXPRIMUS.
In other previous senior roles, she served as the Global Marketing Manager at MPF Global Markets for 11 months and before that as the Marketing Communications Manager (Global) at Easy Forex, fulfilling both duties between December 2011 and April 2015.
During the earlier years of her career, Salveta worked in marketing roles for companies such as Lites Group, Redstar Brand Activation, CCP, Watermarque and Carlsberg Importers & Distributors.

New Hires This Week Across FX Industry
Since the start of this week, Finance Magnates has reported a number of other executive appointments at various financial services organizations. For instance, Oval Money, a European automated saving and crowd-investing marketplace provider, just hired Ella Gumus as its Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager.
Also, Finance Magnates reported that ADSS Securities has promoted Hasan Hamd to the position of Director of Institutional Sales in an Abu Dhabi-based role. Hamd, who previously worked for Alpari, joined ADSS in November 2014 as the Vice President of the Institutional Desk for eFX Liquidity Coverage.
In addition, Manuel Barbero, one of IG Group’s senior marketing executives, announced his promotion to Global Head of Acquisition and Media on Tuesday. Previously, Barbero was the spread betting and CFD trading service provider’s Global Head of Media for Performance Marketing.
