Ex-Currenex Head, Russell Sears, Lands at ICAP EBS

After a brief respite from the FX realm that saw a thirteen-year role snapped, Russell Sears has landed at inderdealer broker, ICAP EBS in a senior banking role.

Back in April, Mr. Sears parted ways with State Street Global having relinquished his role as the group’s Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Currenex Sales, after a stint of nearly thirteen years.

Mr. Sears will begin his new role at ICAP on July 1, 2015 – he will be focusing on sales, where he will serve in a senior banking role at the broker, according to a FOW report.
