360T Taps Minna Sousa as its Head of Nordic Sales

360T, Deutsche Börse Group’s affiliated FX trading venue and provider web-based trading technology for over-the-counter (OTC) instruments, has made a new senior appointment, adding Minna Lehto Sousa as its newest Head of Sales Nordic with immediate effect, according to a 360T statement.

In her new role Ms. Sousa will be based out of 360T’s Stockholm branch where she will report to Alfred Schorno, Global Head of Sales at 360T Group. In this capacity she will focus on client Acquisition across the Northern Europe space, dealing with such channels as corporates, asset managers, and bank-to-bank business, among others.

She joins 360T from the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, having worked as its Director of Global Market Sales for over two years, dealing primarily with corporate FX flow and eFX sales.

Senior Hire

Additionally, she also held senior level roles at Deutsche Bank as its Singapore-based Vice President eFX Corporate Sales, Standard Chartered as its Associate Director eCommerce Sales – Middle East and North Africa (MENA), and ABN Amro Bank as its eCommerce Manager, dating back to 2002, according to information made public on her Linkedin profile.

According to Mr. Schorno in a recent statement on the appointment: “Minna has a vast sales experience and a deep understanding of the global FX industry. We are very fortunate to have won her for our team, taking responsibility for further accelerating our client base growth.”

“With her wide range of experience across the financial services and global FX market and her dedicated focus on the two critical areas of client acquisition and client relationship management, she is well-positioned to help drive our regional expansion efforts and take over responsibility from Niklas Blide, who successfully led our Nordic business, but is retiring,” he added.
