ADS Securities London Limited, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based ABS Holding LLC, has named Philippe Ghanem as its newest Chairman of the Board, helping complete a spectrum of changes since its Acquisition of Pioneer Trader by ADS.

ADS deals with a variety of financial instruments, including FX, CFDs and precious metals. The group has been fairly active in recent months in terms of personnel moves, including the installment of James Watson as its Managing Director earlier this month.

According to a recent statement from Mr. Ghanem on the appointment, “ADS London is an important company with a lot to offer the market. I look forward to working with my fellow board members and to advising the management team. Financial trading companies are under a lot of scrutiny at the moment and I believe it is extremely important to work with regulators, to be transparent and always ensure that customers receive the level of service they are looking for.”
