ADSS Further Expands Legal Team with Three New Hires

ADSS (formerly ADS Securities), one of the heavyweight brokerage firms in Europe and the Middle East, announced on Wednesday that it has made three key hires to its growing legal team in recent weeks.

Hannah Chow was appointed Vice President of Legal department, while former State Street’s senior legal counsel and Yousef Abu Sabah, a Jordanian-qualified lawyer, recently joined the brokerage’s legal team to coordinate the response to the evolving regulations landscape.

finance, restructuring, and Global Markets products. His previous expertise covers multiple jurisdictions in Europe, Middle East, and APAC.

The Abu Dhabi-based firm has also bolstered its specialist legal team, securing the expertise of Hannah Chow, who served earlier in her career as Legal Counsel at CNBC and also worked on secondments at Standard Chartered Bank and Goldman Sachs. She joins ADSS from the Singapore’s subsidiary of New York-based legal frim Axiom where she served as a consultant for more than three years.

Finally, ADSS has poached senior corporate lawyer Yousef Abu Sabah who holds a BA in law and masters degrees in Arbitration and International Corporate Finance Law.

The past year has seen ADSS consistently focus on new markets, culminating in an emphasis on retail, new cryptocurrencies on offer, as well as subsidiaries.
