The Financial Commission announced today its welcome of Alexey Kutsenko, the CEO of Tools For Brokers Inc., as the latest addition to the commission's Dispute Resolution Committee.
The Financial Commission is an external dispute resolution organization that was formed to provide traders with an alternative to legal or regulatory proceedings for resolving Forex related disputes with broker members of the Financial Commission. It acts as a neutral third party that reviews and resolves client complaints about issues that arise in the course of trading the Forex market in an effort to facilitate swifter resolutions.
Alexey Kutsenko joins the Financial Commission as it continues to grow with the addition of new members, the latest of whom was the Commission's 6th member, MFX Broker. The Commission estimates that there should be a few more members who will be announced by the end of 2013, according to its announcement published today.
Mr. Kutsenko founded Tools For Brokers Inc. and was the first to develop a One-Click-Trading plug-in for MetaTrader4, which is used by some of the world’s leading Forex brokers. In 2011 he also became a co-founder of the Forex Stars project, the first independent platform to host universal Forex tournaments for traders. Today, Tools For Brokers Inc. cooperates with more than 100 brokers around the world and provides solutions for many trading platforms. Mr. Kutsenko was educated in the fields of physics and mathematics and has many years of software development experience.
Peter Tatarnikov, the Financial Commission's Chairman of the Board, commented on the newest addition to the Dispute Resolution Committee, saying: "Alexey is one of the best Metatrader 4 software engineers in the industry. His experience with retail traders, brokers, and the Trading Platform will be a vital addition to the Financial Commission and his experience will be a great help to resolving any disputes that come in."
