Trading firm, Amana Capital announced on Tuesday the hiring of Mani Sahota, who is now the broker’s new Chief Information Officer. His focus will be to spearhead the company’s digital presence with in-house mobile and web applications.
His appointment came when Amana Capital has been going through a transformational drive. His works will be focused on supporting the brand’s transformation across the region.

A Technology Expert
Additionally, he is an industry veteran with two decades of work experience. Before joining Amana, he was the Director of Technology at TradeTech Group. There he was responsible for all technology-related areas, from development to support.
He entered the online trading industry in 2009, joining GFT Markets and working within its B2B Division as Head of Institutional Solutions. In addition, he led the growth of GAIN Capital’s B2B division and support services as the Vice President of Institutional Strategy.
Moreover, he worked at CME Group as Head of Customer Solutions. There, he worked towards developing and productizing centrally cleared OTC products. He was even a part of Barclays Bank’s technology division.
