In January of this year, TradAir, the FX technology provider, selected Andrew Gibson as its Global Sales Director. Now, just ten months later, Mr. Gibson is no longer serving in this capacity for the firm.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Mr. Gibson is now a Foreign Exchange Consultant at SGB BV. The Netherlands-based firm's website appears to have been newly created, offering only a description of it as a 'Foreign Exchange Consultancy', and featuring a single contact email.
Illit Geller, the co-Founder and CEO of TradAir commented to Finance Magnates, saying: "Andrew is extremely talented and knowledgeable sales executives in our market, who has added and will continue to add tremendous value to TradAir."
Before joining TradAir, Mr. Gibson served as a sales Manager for FX products at ABN Amro Clearing Bank, for a seven year period based in London. Before that, he served in a similar role at the Belgian bank BNP Paribas Fortis for four years.
TradAir continues to expand its human resources roster and in September added Mark Tannetta as its London-based Director of Sales for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
The technology developer has also expanded its product offering, launching a real-time market surveillance and compliance tool in June. The solution uses elements of big data technology to deliver its proprietary TLA (Total Liquidity Analysis) product which offers an in-depth view of deal flows and market liquidity.
