Hidden Road operates in the capital markets, providing a global credit network to institutional investors. The company, with its technology stack, is aiming to remove complexity and cost in prime brokerage, clearing and financing.

“After 9 fantastic years at UBS; I am joining another great team,” Rosoman added in the post.

Before UBS, he worked at Credit Suisse for more than 11 years. He joined the Swiss bank in his early career and climbed the corporate ladder over the years, parted as a key member of its FX Prime Brokerage division. Also, he sat on the Board of ForexClear, which is a part of LCH.
