Ariane Murphy Has Been Promoted by Mode to Chief Investor Relations Officer

Mode Global Holdings PLC announced that it has onboarded Ariane Murphy as its Chief Investor Relations Officer, effective immediately.

A recent press release shared with Finance Magnates reveals that Ariane Murphy, a strategic executive leader with a successful track record in Marketing, Brand and PR, has been elevated by Mode, the LSE-listed Fintech Group, to the rank of Chief Investor Relations Officer.

In the new role, Murphy will lead the strategic planning and ongoing development of all investor relations activities. The intention will be to diversify the Group's shareholder base and increase shareholder value. She will report to the Executive Chairman, Jonathan Rowland and the Mode Board of directors.

Looking Back at Murphy’s Vocational Experience

Prior to the promotion, Murphy served Mode in the capacity as Head of Marketing and Communications. Based in London over almost three years, she built and scaled marketing, growth and PR strategies across B2C and B2B. In addition, she implemented the group’s paid acquisition, organic growth(social media and SEO), retention, CRM, blogs, referral & affiliate marketing strategies, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Earlier in January 2016, she co-founded the company Artists Everywhere and took on the charge of Head of Marketing. In the role, she was responsible for securing sponsorship deals between global brands as well as emerging athletes and influencers.

Before Artists Everywhere, Flame PR recruited her and put her in charge of Public and Media Relations (Global). Over one year, she designed and executed strategic PR and Marketing campaigns for tech and Payments companies.

While at Formula 1, she secured the position of VIP Event Manager from March 2013. Over the next twenty months, she successfully organised several high profile events. Her initial success led to her next role of Communications Officer at the British GT and Formula 3. In this additional post, she assisted the Chief Press Officer during the British GT and Formula 3 races.

Laying the Foundations

Mode Executive Chairman, Jonathan Rowland said: “Ariane was part of the founding team that helped to set up Mode more than two years ago. During this period, she has played a vital role in supporting the successful launch of our cryptocurrency business and laying the foundations for our soon-to-be-launched payments and loyalty solution. Having been key in establishing and growing the Mode brand, I am delighted that she will now take the lead in building our investor relations programme as we work to realise our strategic goals as a public company.”

“From the day I joined Mode, my number one priority has been to build a memorable brand that people could relate to and could feel was accessible, safe and trustworthy. It has been an incredible journey building and launching Mode, seeing trading volumes and customer numbers grow month on month and being able to witness first-hand the overwhelmingly positive reaction from customers and investors towards our product and brand,” Murphy said.
