ATFX, a global online trading provider, announced this Tuesday that it has added sales veteran Marcos Tigsilema as the Commercial Director of the firm’s United Kingdom operations.
Tigsilema has an expansive resume, holding sales-based roles with some of the top brokers in the foreign exchange (Forex ) industry. At ATFX UK, he will utilize his experience in client acquisition to help the broker expand its customer base.
Commenting on the appointment, Richard Craddock, the CEO of ATFX (UK) said: “ATFX are very proud to announce Marcos joining us as Commercial Director. His proven track record will help further accelerate the growth of our European operations and push ATFX further along our strategic path. Most recently, Tigsilema was the Head of Sales and Marketing at GKFX, an FCA-regulated online Forex Trading broker. Joining the broker in February of this year, he helped develop and execute a universal sales strategy for the firm’s operations, among other duties.

During his career, he has also been the Head of Sales for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region for Black Pearl Securities Ltd, Head of Sales & Marketing (EMEA and LATAM) for BP Prime, Senior Sales Manager for EMEA and Global Derivatives at OANDA Europe, and a Senior Broker working in Private Client & Corporate Sales at Alpari UK Ltd.
