Fadi Attia, the acting director on the emerging market (EM) syndicate, has parted ways with Barclays Plc, snapping a three year stint with the British bank – a replacement has yet to be announced.

Barclays has been relatively muted on the personnel front, neither experiencing an uptick of hires or departures in recent months – a departure from the industry norm given the latitude of operations the British bank oversees.

Mr. Attia has served as the EM syndicate director since 2011 – prior to joining Barclays he also worked in a senior level role at HSBC as its director on the CEEMEA debt syndicate desk.
