Binance Hires a New Head of Intelligence and Investigations APAC
Recently, Binance has named Jarek Jakubcek as its new Head of Intelligence and Investigations for Asia-Pacific (APAC). As stated in the press release, Jakubcek will lead Binance’s efforts and coordinate the takedown of malicious actors in the crypto world in conjunction with law enforcement agencies in APAC.
The new Head of Intelligence and Investigations is an expert in cybercrime and a former cryptocurrency specialist in Europol’s Cybercrime Centre’s (EC3) Dark Web team. During his seven years at EC3, Jakubcek supported major crypto investigations from an operational and strategic perspective. On top of that, he was the leader of the world’s largest cryptocurrency experts’ platform that included representatives from hundreds of law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Amana Expands Team with New Leadership Appointments
Amana Capital announced that it has onboarded Matt Carstens as the new Director of Product Experience in an effort to develop its product portfolio and propel its digital transformation. Also, the company has appointed Justin Biebel as the Director of Product Implementation.

Mina Zakaria has been promoted to Global Head of Sales Conversion at Advanced Markets Group, according to his LinkedIn profile. He has been with the company since September last year as the Director of Sales Conversion.
