Dimitris Litsikakis Announces Departure from deVere Group
Dimitris Litsikakis announced his exit from the deVere Group. In his recent role, Litsikakis was working as the Chief Executive Officer at deVere e-Money.
Litsikakis served for more than three years at the deVere Group. He joined the company in April 2019 as the Global Head of Fintech. In the mentioned role, he spent over two years. Before joining the deVere Group, he worked as the Country Manager of Greece, Cyprus and Malta at Revolut.

Bequant Picks Brett Reeves as Head of Sales for EMEA
In a LinkedIn post, Brett Reeves confirmed that he has been hired by Bequant as the Head of Sales for EMEA. In the new role, he will facilitate the company’s expansion in the EMEA region.
Prior to being appointed by Bequant, Reeves served Standard Chartered for approximately nine years. He spent more than two years at Citi as the VP of Prime Finance between June 2010 and August 2012.

Christopher Brankin Leaves TD Ameritrade, Joins Capital.com as Singapore CEO
Capital.com has named Christopher Brankin as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of its Singapore business.
The appointment occurred as Capital.com has been aggressively adding executives in the Asia Pacific. Most recently, the broker hired Angela Shi as the APAC CFO, following the appointment of Laura Lin as the APAC CEO last September and Chul Lim as the CEO of Asia.
Additionally, Peter Hetherington, who previously headed IG, took over as the CEO of Capital.com and Currency.com in May after the resignation of Jon Squires.

Tom Flanagan Leaves GTX after 10 Years, Joins TP ICAP as Trading Head
Tom Flanagan announced on Thursday that he joined TP ICAP's digital assets team of as the Head of Trading.
The appointment came when TP ICAP was enhancing its upcoming digital asset offerings by adding market makers. The upcoming over-the-counter spot trading service will target institutions.

Brokeree Solutions Promotes Victor Ivanov to EMEA Head of Business Development
Brokeree Solutions has elevated Victor Ivanov to become the Regional Head of Business Development for the EMEA region. Previously, he was a Business Development Executive.
According to the press release shared with Finance Magnates, his responsibilities in the new position will be to advance the company’s business in the European Union, Middle East and Africa. Further, he will develop and manage strategic partnerships and will expand the regional business development team.

Christina Theodorou Quits Spotware Systems to Join Skyground as COO
Christina Theodorou, the Chief Operating Officer at Spotware Systems, exited the company only after five months of joining the company. Now, she is the COO of Skyground, a Switzerland-based fintech.
As seen in her Linkedin profile, Theodorou joined fintech earlier in June. Skyground is an independent group of fintech companies that partners and invests in other businesses.
Theodorou has a strong financial background, especially working with brokers. She brings more than 15 years of experience to her new role.

FP Markets has picked Richmond Zalavarria as the new Head of Business Development and Sales. In his new role, Zalavarria's duties will involve the overall operations related to its Sales and Business Development Department.
In his new post, Zalavarria will provide guidance to new and existing sales managers of FP Markets. He has deep expertise in FX sales across different regions around the world.

OANDA Promotes Philip Waters to Head of APAC and Emerging Markets
Finance Magnates has learned that Philip Waters has been elevated to Head of APAC and Emerging Markets at OANDA. According to an update on LinkedIn, he has been serving the firm as Head of Emerging Markets for more than two years.
He held the same role while working at IG Singapore between 2019 and 2020. Also, Waters was employed by IG for over eight years. In 2010, he began working as a Credit Risk Officer. Between 2011 and 2014, he took on the challenges of being a Credit Risk Supervisor for the broker.

Naga Hires Stelios Eleftheriou as Naga Pay and Naga X Managing Director
Naga has expanded into new fintech verticals and has onboarded Stelios Eleftheriou as the Managing Director of NAGA Pay and NAGA X. The first is the payments wing of the group, whereas the other is a licensed crypto investing platform.
Based in Cyprus, he joined the publicly-listed copy trading giant from Parimatch Cyprus, an entertainment and betting industry technology service provider where he was the Chief Executive Officer for five years.

ASX’s CFO Gillian Larkins to Step Down in August
The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) is witnessing another departure as the Chief Financial Officer, Gillian Larkins has decided to exit the stock exchange at the end of August.
The official announcement made on Monday mentioned that she is planning to “pursue new opportunities elsewhere” without any specifics.
According to the exchange, “she has shown dedicated and strategic leadership to overhaul the finance area and bring a more rigorous approach to the financial management of ASX.”
She will continue to work with the exchange for the next two months, guiding with the year-end activities. The exchange is looking for her successor now.

OANDA Promotes Mark Chesterman to Chief Risk Officer
OANDA promoted Mark Chesterman to Chief Risk Officer. Previously, he was the Head of Trading for the brokerage firm.
Chesterman joined OANDA in November 2019. Based in the United Kingdom, he has already taken over the new role and responsibilities.
