Christina Theodorou, the Chief Operating Officer at Spotware Systems, left the company only five months after joining. She has now become the COO of Skyground, a Switzerland-based fintech.

As seen on her Linkedin, Theodorou joined fintech earlier in June. Skyground is an independent group of fintech companies that partners and invests in other businesses.

Theodorou has a strong financial background, especially working with brokers. She brings more than 15 years of experience to her new role.

Despite her short tenure at Spotware Systems, which is known for offering a third-party trading platform , she spent years with several other firms in the industry. Before Spotware, she worked at forex and CFDs broker, BDSwiss for two and a half years and parted as the Chief Project Officer.

She was also the Head of Operations at the London Capital Group for nine months, where she created and improved the company policies, procedures, operational systems, processes and controls.

She entered the brokerage industry in mid-2010 with her tenure at FxPro Group. There she climbed the corporate ladder over her six years and parted as the Group Chief Operating Officer in May 2016. Moreover, she was the Chief Business Development Officer for a couple of years at FXCC, another Cypriot broker.

Moves and Expansions

Meanwhile, Spotware Systems, which offers the c-Trader trading platform, is focused on expanding and recently upgraded its flagship product as a cross-broker trading platform. Moreover, the company onboarded Aris Christoforou as the Head of Marketing earlier this year.

Apart from Theodorou, Alexander Geralis, who was the Head of Business Development at Spotware, left the company earlier this year to launch a brokerage advisory firm.
