Citigroup Appoints Gonzalo Luchetti as Retail APAC Head

Citigroup has appointed Gonzalo Luchetti as its newest head of retail banking for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Asia-Pacific (APAC) The Asia-Pacific (APAC) region is one of the fastest growing in terms of population. Citigroup made a number of moves this past fall, culminating in the restructuring of its FX divisions and departure of FX heads Stephane Knauf and Valentin Marinov.

In his new role as Citigroup’s head of retail banking - APAC, Mr. Luchetti will be based out of Hong Kong, whilst continuing with his role as Citi's global head of wealth management and insurance.
