Colt Technology Services announced today that it has appointed Keri Gilder as its Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). She will be joining the firm’s London office and will assume her new role in November.
Gilder will become part of Colt’s leadership team in her new role. She will report to Carl Grivner, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Among her new responsibilities, Gilder will help drive the firm’s commercial strategy. She will lead teams across sales, pre-sales and Marketing .
On a wider level, she will work with her colleagues to make sure Colt Technology Services delivers on its vision. That is, being the most customer-oriented business in the industry. Gilder joins the firm from Ciena Communications. During her time at the company, she held several senior sales leadership roles. Most recently she was the Vice President and General Manager of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

Gilder Joins Colt Technology with a background in engineering
Gilder has a background as an engineer and network architect. Whilst at Ciena, she founded a global internal network initiative. This encouraged diversity by motivating women at all levels as well as attracting, developing and retaining talent.
