Corlytics, a company that analyses changes in regulatory requirements, announced today the appointment of Stacey English from Thomson Reuters to its UK board.

Register now to the London Summit 2017, Europe’s largest gathering of top-tier retail brokers and institutional FX investors

She currently works as the head of the regulatory intelligence team at Thomson Reuters, which analyses and reports on changes in regulatory requirements.

Stacey English previously worked with regtech Startup Complinet, which was later acquired by Thomson Reuters. With her knowledge of regulatory systems, she will be a useful addition to the firm's workforce.

John Byrne, CEO of Corlytics, said: "In the last two months, Corlytics has expanded its sales team and board members to meet growing demand from the industry for risk Analytics . Stacey will be a key addition to our board. She will play a vital role in bringing her invaluable industry insight and risk and compliance experience together in shaping Corlytics’ offering in the multi-billion regtech industry globally.”

With various regulatory changes on the horizon, such as MiFID II, the need to understand regulatory requirements and reshape compliance accordingly is a challenge for financial companies.

This is likely to increase the demand for related services. The appointment of Stacy English will help Corlytics to position itself to serve these needs.
