Dash Financial Technologies, a trading technology provider for institutional entities, announced on Monday that it has expanded its equities team by adding James Doherty as Managing Director, Head of Equity Product.
The addition of Doherty follows on from his most recent position as a Managing Partner of a machine learning-driven investment firm he co-founded. Before this, until 2014 he had a nearly 20-year-tenure at Credit Suisse.

During this time he had a large impact at the firm, co-founding the Advanced Execution Services (AES) electronic Trading Platform . While at Credit Suisse he also managed the day-to-day product development of the firm’s algorithmic equities trading business.
