Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets Americas unit has made a string of new hires today, bringing in three new individuals as part of its investment to the group, according to a company statement.

In particular, Lori Arndt will join Deutsche Bank as its newest Global Head of Client Strategy in Equities . She will be based out of New York following a two-decade career in the financial services industry. In this capacity she will maintain responsibility for the group’s equities client strategy, resource allocation, management reporting, reference data and monitoring tools across all Equities product lines.
Prior roles include stints as the Head of Corporate and Broker Relations at Citadel’s equities unit, Surveyor Capital, as well as positions at Nomura and Goldman Sachs, dating back to 1997, according to information made public on her Linkedin profile.
In addition, Christopher McCarthy also lands at Deutsche Bank as its newest Director in Global Credit Trading. He will be focusing on US Investment Grade Debt. Mr. McCarthy comes over to Deutsche Bank from BNP Paribas and previously spent more than a decade at Morgan Stanley as a senior credit trader, among other roles.
Finally, Deutsche Bank also secured the services of Ronnie Shah as its Director in Research, specializing in Quantitative Equity Strategy. Mr. Shah joins the bank from Gerstein Fisher Funds – his career has included an emphasis on senior quantitative research roles at BlackRock and Dimensional Fund Advisors.
