Equiti Group Selects Benjamin Susanna as Head of Client Retention

One of the leading global financial services providers, Equiti Group announced the appointment of Benjamin Susanna, the former Sales and Retention Manager at OANDA, as its new Head of Client Retention, today.

Susanna will now use Equiti’s Global Market Research, Data Science and Regional Client Service department’s data and findings to develop a strong understanding of the company’s clients. Moreover, the newly appointed Head of Client Retention will use the information to form region-specific engagement initiatives.

During his time at OANDA, Susanna led the sales and client retention teams across key markets. Through the latest appointment, Equiti aims to provide an exceptional experience to clients.

Expansion of Team

In the last few months, Equiti Group has hired executives across different departments to provide a superior experience for its customers. Earlier this month, Gaurang Desai, the former Chief Executive Officer at the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX Group), joined Equiti as the company’s Managing Director of Strategy. In a recent interview with Finance Magnates, Iskandar Najjar, the CEO of Equiti Group, mentioned that the company is planning to launch new products in 2022.
