London-based ETX Capital, which offers financial spread betting and CFDs trading, has announced two recent executive hires, Alexandra Marsh as the chief legal and compliance officer, and Nandik Barbhaiya as the chief marketing officer.
Both the new hires are bringing years of expertise from their individual fields.
“We are delighted that Nandik Barbhaiya and Alexandra Marsh are joining the ETX Executive team as CMO and CLCO respectively,” ETX Capital CEO, Phil Adler said.
“Nandik brings great experience in digital marketing, growth strategies, and product management. Alexandra brings a wealth of experience in Legal and Compliance, Corporate Governance, and tremendous people skills at an exciting time in the development of ETX under the new ownership of Guru Capital.”
Addition of Two Experienced Executives
Barbhaiya is well known in the Forex industry and was previously the global marketing head at ForexTime, popularly known as FXTM. He joined ETX following a short stint at internet marketing company, Finixio.
He spent years in various marketing roles and also had a 10-month stint at OANDA as its global digital acquisition manager.
“I am excited to join ETX Capital and lead the global marketing vertical,” Barbhaiya said in a statement. “Guru Capital has a vision to take ETX Capital to new heights globally with Multi-Asset product offerings. Together we will focus to take ETX Capital’s global brand proposition even further, keeping a customer-focused approach at the center of the company’s ethos.”
On the other hand, Marsh had a strong track record of handling compliance efforts for various organizations. Earlier, she headed the compliance department of pool betting operator, UK Tote Group.
She started her legal career at Nabarro LLP, now a part of CMS, and later moved to compliance-focused roles at Rothschild & Co and Pictet Wealth Management.
“I’m delighted to join the ETX Executive Team as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer,” Marsh added. “With the company under new ownership, it is an exciting time to be joining ETX, and I am looking forward to the journey and see the company grow even further.”
As Finance Magnates reported, Guru Capital completed the acquisition of ETX Capital last month. The brokerage additionally promoted its long-term employee, Kayleigh Lewis as its chief operations officer.
