Ex-FX Head Salvatore Rubino Joins JPMorgan Following RBS Departure

Former Head of FX options for the Americas at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Salvatore Rubino, has opted to join JPMorgan in a senior market risk role, following a six month hiatus from the financial industry.

RBS has undergone a series of personnel changes in recent months, including the departure of its Chairman Philip Hampton. In his new position Mr. Rubino will be based out of New York, serving in a non-trading role at RBS.

Prior to joining JPMorgan, Mr. Rubino worked at RBS as its FX Options head since 2012. Before this, he also held senior level roles at Commerzbank and MF Global, in which at the latter he served as its Head of FX Derivatives.
