Over the years, Baggioli has been with several companies from the FX industry, with his most recent position as Chief Operating Officer at ADS Securities ending late last year. Before ADS, Baggioli spent a considerable time working at major prime brokers in the FX industry. His most recent role at BNP Paribas was as Global Head of the FX prime brokerage. During his vast career in the financial industry, he has also been working at Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and Merrill Lynch.

Executive Transformation

Baggioli’s hire comes only a couple of weeks after BP Prime refreshed its marketing, operations and sales teams. The firm hired Perry Braun as CMO, Owen Purrsell as Head of Operations and David Herbert-Saez as Global Head of Sales.

Commenting on the hire of a new non-executive director, the CEO of BP Prime, Francesco Porcu, suggested that the move will help guide the strategic future of the business at a time where the market is embracing recent changes.
