After three years at CMC Markets, Global Head of Corporate Development Charlie Steel is parting ways with company, Finance Magnates has learned. He will be taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Babylon Health.
Since 2014 Mr. Steel has been an integral component of CMC Markets’ team in the UK. He helped lead the group’s strategy, including its corporate development and M&A activity. At Deutsche Bank he worked on natural resources mergers and acquisitions with a focus on utilities and infrastructure while based out of London. Additional roles included stops at Lehman Brothers as an analyst and at IBM's sales and operations unit, part of a career extending to 2003.
