IC Markets, an Australian-based online retail forex and contract for difference (CFD) broker has promoted Andrea Faleburle to Head of Marketing , Finance Magnates has learned exclusively.
After having worked for the Aussie broker for more than two years, joining at the beginning of 2018 as Head of Digital Marketing, Faleburle has been overseeing the global marketing operations at IC Markets since November of last year, but officially accepted the role of Head of Marketing last week, he told Finance Magnates.
In his new role, Faleburle will be in charge of the marketing team across the brokerโs offices and his main responsibility will be to facilitate their job. In recent months, the marketing team has increased its numbers and skillsets.
IC Markets to expand reach across marketing channels
This will allow the company to work on multiple projects and expand its reach across several different marketing channels. The firm also plans to experiment more in terms of content and value offered to its clients.
Speaking to Finance Magnates on his new role, Faleburle said: "I have been with IC Markets for two and half years now, and despite the spectacular growth I have witnessed, the most gratifying aspect of my work has been the amazing response we constantly had from our traders.

Faleburle has been working in the marketing field for more than a decade, commencing his career in the industry back in 2008. During this time, he has held a number of roles, such as Marketing Manager at Criniti's and Digital Marketing Consultant at Marketing 8 Fortune, among others.
