Mr. Hodge comes over to OANDA Europe having served at the head of multiple leading FX venues in the country. He joins OANDA Europe from CMC Markets, which he joined nearly two years ago as its Chief Commercial Officer in London. He will be succeeding Daniel Skowronski, who parted ways with the group earlier this year. The role was one of several that are part of his nine-year career in senior FX positions.

Prior to joining CMC Markets in 2015, Mr. Hodge worked at Alpari UK for nearly six years. In this capacity he held such roles as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, ultimately being promoted to CEO in 2013. His first foray into the FX industry came in 2008 when he worked at IG Group, helping run its global marketing operations for the portfolio of Group brands across markets within the UK, Europe, APAC and Americas, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile.
