Exegy Expands Its Global Team with the Addition of Lindsey Becker and Pam Haaser

Exegy announced that it has expanded its global team with the addition of Lindsey Becker and Pam Haaser.

Recently announced in a press release shared with Finance Magnates, Lindsey Becker, a senior marketing executive with more than fifteen years of experience from the fintech industry, has been appointed to Senior Vice President and Global Head of Marketing; and Pam Haaser, a highly experienced executive with around twenty years of experience, has been named as Vice President of People by Exegy, a global leader in low-latency market data, execution technology, trading platforms and predictive signals.

Becker brings broad B2B marketing experience from the capital markets leading global teams and has driven revenue for enterprise tech and SaaS-software solutions. She will drive and implement Exegy’s go-to-market strategies to safeguard the brand and demand generation mature together in time with the company’s aggressive growth.

Craig Schachter, the Chief Revenue Officer, stated about Becker’s appointment: “Lindsey’s marketing team initiatives will provide rocket fuel for our sales efforts, driving brand awareness and demand generation for Exegy’s expanded line of solutions for the entire capital markets ecosystem.”

Prior to the appointment, Becker served Apex Fintech Solutions as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for six months last year.

Earlier, she spent more than six years at Nasdaq. Her most recent role was also CMO for Nasdaq Boardvantage. For two years, she oversaw the marketing team’s efforts and provided support for SaaS governance product portfolio. Before that, she completed two other roles as VP of Marketing and Corporate Platforms and the AVP, Head of Marketing, Global Trading and Market Services.

Additionally, she took on various senior marketing positions at other companies, which are listed in reverse order: Bats Global Markets (now Cboe Global Markets), Direct Edge, NASDAQ OMX, Envision EMI in posts including Head of Marketing, Director of Global Marketing, Marketing Manager and more.

Additionally, Haaser will fulfil the role as VP of People by leading initiatives to scale the organisations systems and processes. Thus, she will make certain that the corporate culture stimulates curiosity, innovation, transparency and integrity.

Commenting on Haaser’s new role, Dave Foster, the Chief Financial Officer, said: “Pam’s expertise in promoting a people-first culture based on inclusion and respect will ensure that Exegy continues to attract and retain the brightest and most innovative engineering and financial markets professionals. Her appointment is an investment in Exegy’s commitment to build and retain a diverse global workforce.”

Concurrently, Haaser is a Member of Chief, a private network to motivate women into positions of power and strengthen leadership, and the Co-Founder / Board Member of MidwestUX.

Before this, she had served BOLD PENGUIN as VP of People in Columbus, Ohio since October 2018. Over these three years, she supervised the company’s HR requirements as it increased by more than 260%.

Further, ICC benefitted from her experience for more than thirteen years. Her last placement was Advocate of Employee Engagement and Associate Management. She was promoted from Senior Technical Recruiter in December 2017. Though she originally started at the company as a Technical Recruiting Assistant.

Her career in Marketing began at The Ohio State University when she became the Market Research and Development Intern for the Department of Rec Sports.
