The Financial Commission (FinaCom PLC), a dispute resolution service that caters to the financial services industry, has appointed Valery Dolgov as the newest member of its Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC).
According to the announcement, Mr. Dolgov has been involved in the financial and IT fields since 2003 with a wide range of roles held in leading positions. Valery is the co-founder of IndigoSoft LTD, which provides various solutions for brokerage software development across the world.
With over 14 years of financial services experience combined with in-depth expertise, Mr. Dolgov’s mission is to provide the skillset needed to understand the difficulties that clients and brokers face in key areas such as trading algorithms, platforms and Liquidity APIs.
Valery joins the Financial Commission during a time of explansion for the self-regulatory association. The commission recently added several new members to its existing roster.
Dolgov’s hands-on experience and knowledge is also backed by academic studies. He holds a postgraduate degree in IT from Saratov State Technical University.
FinaCom is an independent international service that guarantees honest and timely resolution of disputes with the aim of resolving trader-broker conflicts. All clients of the Financial Commission’s members are protected by the Compensation Fund which acts as an insurance policy.
