Fixi PLC, an online forex and CFDs brokerage company, has appointed Dutch-national Frederik Franx as Director. According to a regulatory filing with Companies House today, the appointment is effective as of this Friday.

The appointment of Franx follows a number of employment changes at the broker in recent months. Earlier this month, the firm announced through a regulatory filing that Kieran Price had stepped down from his position as Director on August 3, 2018.

In January this year, Price joined the company as Director and Chief Financial Officer. He succeeded Steven Reeves, who resigned as Director and left the company on the final day of January.

Price has extensive experience in the financial market.
